Many senior living communities are managed by corporate offices located thousands of miles away. Our owners give staff autonomy to provide care centered around individuals, with transparent pricing and strong support.

Three managers have been here over 20 years. The front office has more than 100 years of combined experience at The Kenwood. When ownership cares, staff stay. When staff stay, residents feel like family.

Does your staff have experience working with seniors and their families?
Absolutely. Senior living is our only business, and every member of The Kenwood's team is a professional in their field. Our staff longevity speaks to our commitment - our Executive Director has been here since 2001, and three managers have been here over 20 years.

Am I required to purchase a meal plan?
No, residents are not required to purchase a meal plan. Three meals per day are offered daily in our restaurant and can be purchased as part of a meal plan or on an a la carte basis. Breakfast is included in everyone's rent. We're extremely proud of our chef-prepared dishes for their quality and variety.

Do you offer transportation services?
Yes. We have a van that runs three days a week, with no extra charge for this service. Residents can depend on a safe ride to shopping and errands in Uptown, downtown, St. Louis Park, and numerous excursions.

Is the building staffed 24/7?
Absolutely. Staff are present 24/7 including front desk and home care aides. Safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Is there parking for guests and residents?
Yes. We have two levels of underground heated garage parking as well as lots on the north and south side of the building. Friends and family members who visit will easily find space to park.
