You wake up to downtown skyline views. Coffee's brewing downstairs, and Sarah from 4B will be at her usual table with a story about her grandson.

Exercise class starts at 8:30. <add name of instructure> makes everyone laugh during stretches. You look forward to it - the movement, the energy, the way it feels more like friends getting together than a class.

The elevator ride becomes catching up with neighbors. Someone mentions the poetry group meeting later, and before you know it, you're planning to go.

People linger over breakfast most mornings. Our chef really does shop the farmer's market. The conversation is too good to leave. Coffee gets refilled as stories get told. Some residents head back to apartments where staff will help with morning routines. Others walk to the library for poetry group.

Maybe you'll join the writing group. Maybe take the busline downtown. Maybe just sit on the patio watching the city hum below. Whether you need a little help or none at all, this is your day to live.

By evening, everything felt natural and full. This is "the energy of youthfulness AND educated curiosity."
